A new bathroom is something you live with for years, so Graham plans it with you first. He has 35 years in the trade as a bathroom fitter and plumber, and he runs the job himself from strip-out to handover.
What a full fit covers
The old suite, tiles and boxing come out and the waste is taken away. Then comes first-fix plumbing: new supply and waste runs to where each fitting is going. Walls are boarded, and anything around the shower or bath is tanked before tiling. The suite goes in, tiling and sealing are finished, and every joint is checked for leaks before the room is handed back.
Choosing the suite
You can buy your own suite and fittings, or Graham can advise on what to order and what will suit the size of the room.
How long it takes
A straight swap in the same layout is quicker than a room where everything moves or the floor needs replacing. Graham tells you how many working days to expect when he quotes.
