No gas work
Graham is not Gas Safe registered, so he does not work on boilers, gas fires or gas pipes. If the problem is the boiler itself, you need a Gas Safe engineer.
If you have a leak
If water is coming through a ceiling, turn it off at the stopcock (often under the kitchen sink) and then call. Tell us where the water is showing and what is above it; that usually points to the cause before any floor or wall is opened.
